Repair, don't replace
Send anything back for free repairs — seams, buttons, worn cuffs — for the first three years. We would rather fix it than sell you another.

Most wardrobes are full of clothes nobody wears twice. We go the other way — six pieces, each one heavy enough to last and plain enough to go with everything else you own.
Everything is sewn in a family-run workshop in Portugal in runs of two hundred. When something wears out, send it back and we will repair it free for three years.
